No information, content, or material from Quicklly services — including, but not limited to, page headers, images, illustrations, graphics, audio clips, video clips, text, generated reports, trademarks, and trade names — may be copied, reproduced, republished, uploaded, posted, transmitted, or distributed in any way without our express written permission.

You are granted a limited license to use the Quicklly app and platforms, subject to your acceptance of these Terms of Use.

Quicklly Inc., and its licensors, are the sole owners of the underlying software, source code, and any other intellectual property rights associated with Quicklly platforms.

4. Violation of Terms of Use / Suspicious Activity

If Quicklly believes you have violated any of the conditions in our Terms of Use, Privacy Policy, supplemental service terms, or agreements you have accepted, we may suspend or delete your account without prior notice.

If we detect suspicious or unusual activity in your account, we may temporarily or permanently suspend your access to Quicklly services.
Examples of disallowed activity include, but are not limited to:

• Placing transactions without intent to complete them.
• Artificially increasing or decreasing transaction volume.
• Using the app to cause harm to Quicklly or its partners.

Quicklly reserves the right to reverse any relevant transactions, suspend your account, or restrict access to specific features.

Quicklly services, including all content, software, functions, materials, and information made available through our platforms, are provided "as is".

Quicklly and its partners make no warranty that services will be uninterrupted, timely, or error-free.

6. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

This Privacy Policy and your use of Quicklly services will be governed by the laws of the State of Illinois, USA, without regard to conflict of law principles.

All claims or disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Chicago, Illinois.
